I lost my mom when i was 17.. and then my dad when i was 19.. I have those days too.. those are the days that makes us realize we are human.. its okay to feel sad..
If ya ever need to talk.. feel free to email me! I am a good listener!
My dad is in very ill health and I know I will have to face this reality within the next few years. Working for hospice, I see death everyday and somedays I just sit in my office and cry at the thought that one day (sooner rather than later) that crying family member who just lost their dad will be me. Take comfort in knowing that she is still with you Gordy. And if you listen real close, you will hear her telling you to hang in there... she's watching! I luv ya sweetie! ...... Your friend, Kew

I'm very close to my mother and I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do when she goes (she's 66) so even if I can't empathise with you Gordon, I can sympathise :-)
I miss her and wish she was here as she knew the right things to say to cheer me up.
