it usually involves picking up a highly sophisticated device called a "remote" and strenously clicking thru channnels until my heart rate reaches the target zone....then i reach for an oddshapped barbell known as a "can" which i proceed to lift as many reps as it takes to down it..whew..man i am so exhausted! LOL
that's awesome! Yeah, having kids is exercise in itself! LOL...
Ya, i'm on the eliptical USUALLY 5 days/week/45mins...then I do weights for like, 30-45 minues, or sometimes i don't have time for them...I was thinking about getting into this hip-hop class my gym has, but y'know...I'm just so WHITE when it comes to dance moves....HAHAHA
Chasing after my 2 year old!!! She's riding a trike now and I have to jog/walk to keep up with those long legs of hers! She is ENERGETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
