I go to the gym 3 times a week for 1.5 hours and swim every day, I am on a vegetarian diet with no carbs and still no weight loss, so I am thinking let's look at where I'm at I was 12st when I was 24, I'm now 48 and 21st but most of it appears to be in my gut region. I stopped smoking over a year ago and that was when my weight rocketed as a result so I gave up all alcohol for 3 months but that just made me unsocial and miserable. I guess I am not a moaner about my weight- according to my GP I have low blood pressure low cholesterol and no signs of diabetes. So apart from everyone else's problems with me being over the norm or the perceived perfect weight I am fine. I still occasionally have sex with real people but do not miss it as if you don't have something regularly then what's to miss!
its everybody else that has the problem but not me, I have taken the right steps but maybe I have to wait for the rest of the world to get a grip and catch up. They all will at some poont.
