I love the oldies but goodies...I grew up on them, Mom's a fan too:)~

i like do wop and 1950's music too. every so often on pbs they have many of the groups northerngordon spoke of. the lyrics of the do wop songs aren't that great sometimes, but the harmonies and catchy beats make me love it even more.

I love oldies! One of our radio stations here in buffalo puts on a show called oldies fest. It's a blast!

I love groups such as the Moonglows, Orioles, Flamingos, Clovers, Drifters, Platters, Cadillacs, Ravens, Harptones, Coasters and more. The proper stuff. I'm not a fan of the kiddy sound or the Italian groups such as Dion. All music that I like has to be the raw original version. Tutti Frutti - Little Richard > Pat Boone. Witchcraft - The Spiders > Elvis and so on....
