As the majority of people who go to church are the worst as they are very hypocrticical of others.Well they are in my opinion anyway. Also people are always slagging off other people cause of other people's religous beliefs. So with this in mind will we ever have world peace?
We could do a lot more than we have done so far for others. We could all do more to help others build communities that are sanitary and allow them to grow their own food. We could distrubute food so that there would be more people in a healthier weight range. If we were doing more for others there would be less room for jealousy and resentment. If we found peace in our hearts we would be able to forgive. If we gave up our lives to help others we might have less pleasure and more hard work. Perhaps we would be using what we earned to help those who didn't earn, maybe they didn't even have the opportunity.
I believe Jesus is Lord and Savior. I believe he would want us to help others. He does not have enough true followers. If we all gave up our lives and followed him the world would be a better place.
Sure there are many who help others and they are not followers of Jesus or Religious and they're doing a lot of good. Ultimately, myself as well as many others are not good enough Christians. Myself and many others are not genourous enough to those in need.
But hey maybe I'll offend someone who thinks they're fat and healthy. Maybe I'll offend someone who thinks they should not use their time and resources to help someone who did not earn anything. Jesus is God is Love and was not here to condemn the world but to save us and make peace.
These stereotypes are just wrong. Religious people are neither bigger hypocrites than atheist nor are the atheists bigger hypocrites than religious people. We have all our own issues - some of them better, some of them worse. It's fanatism and manipulation with people's minds what is the real evil and danger for all of us. It doesn't matter whether we speak about fanatical christians, fanatical muslims, fanatical communists, fanatical nazis and so on - they're evil and dangerous. For the rest of us, the "normal people" - if someone thinks his belief helps him, why not. I'm quite unfriendly toward creationists and other dumbasses who try to confuse people by nonsenses, but for the rest of the world: everyone should have right to believe in whatever he wants to. Even though I'm an atheist myself and though I think the idea of God (or gods) really is quite delusional (as Richard Dawkins says), I accept that other people might need another set of beliefs than I have. If only all the people could accept beliefs of the others, the world would be much better place to live than now - no eradication of religious systems would be needed to accomplish that.
Mark Twain said it best.... "Man is the only animal that enjoy intentionally inflicking pain on his own kind." I doubt if this will ever change... and when any idealogy gets the upper hand, be it religion, or politics... it will start persecuting those of a different persuasion... this is iron clad! Virtually all religions have done this in the past... and governments as well. Religion does not teach complete history or any understanding of philosophy... actually, it supresses critical thinking when it can.
You've heard it many times, "Religion and Politics are the most devisive elements of our society." I believe that. Both are based on control of others. The most important thing we can do on this earth is to learn to live side by side in peace... help those who need and will appreciate the help, and do no harm to anyone.

Will we ever have world love?
WIthout love the world would be a pretty nasty place to live however I think its decent right now.
No such thing as "perfect" or "peace" because whether your fighting in the street, in the office or at home war is a part of nature
I think each of us can make the world better and the best we can do is instill that brotherly love to our children so they grow up loving oneanother....the problem lies in that even without religion humans find differences to spread hate...eye color, hair color, faces, bodies....you name it some people love it and some people hate it
The less hate we spread and the more we do to stop the hate the better the world will be...thats about as much peace as we can hope for IMO
