21" over here. Extra round calves - road horses as a girl was average sized body but never could find riding boots that would go round my calves. I have a great pair of black leather boots now though - took a while to find em though.

This caught my curiosity and so I had to go measure my calves, started laughing when I looked at the tape measure. 18" right on the line.
