I created a profile for my mother on this site.
I, with all my heart, want my mom to find someone who will love her.
My parents have been married for 35 years, and my mom was recently told (by my dad) that he hasn't loved her for 10 years. (He's had numerous affairs as well)
Needless to say, my mom doesn't have good selfesteem.
I'm just asking for your prayers in that perhaps God will bless my mother with the man He orginally made for her. (I'd say, "Pray for my dad, that he'll change" but I can tell you that he won't. We've [my family and I]have been around that block before).

Madam chubbs, I too will keep your mom in my prayers. Having been in her situation I know how bad her selfesteem can be right now. She has to realize what a beautiful woman she is and that there is someone special out there for her. In the meantime she needs to truely love herself and know that no matter what your father thinks of her, she is a wonderful perfect woman in the eyes of the rest of the world, and especially from what I can see .. she is perfect in her childrens eyes. Your a good daughter, just stick with her and keep giving her encouraging words.. take her out to get all dolled up and show her the town on your own. who knows her prince may be right there under her eyes. Just my advise, Keep up the good work...

OMG! That is a horrible thing for your mom to go through!! I couldn't imagine!! God will find someone for your mom. Maybe not right away, now might not be the time for her, she might have a lot of healing to do first but when he time is right it will happen. Good luck!!

I talked with my mother today, and the thought of a man loving her for who she is and finding her beautiful, seems impossible to her.
I hope I'm not wrong in praying and hoping that maybe God really does have someone for her.

I'll be praying for you Mom, hon. I know the feeling very well. Tell her to keep her chin up and walk proud. He's the one who will pay for his actions, not her. She has shown strength in simply dealing with him for the sake of her children. That is an act of unselfishness. Now with you kids getting older... it's her time. Tell her it's time to find her Prince, who will cherish her and treat her like the Queen she is. Never give up hope, cause he's out there searching at this very moment.
