the movies - more of a computer nerd but i do enjoy movies. so movies and coffee or dinner (so I dont have to cook). Looking to find friends in the south Australian area (not NY or that sort of thing)

The mall is good because it is public and we could walk and talk and sight see and then we could grab a bite to eat and talk some more even take in a movie and therefore have more to discuss because its a movie we both liked.

I had actually typed out the best "first date ever" idea, poured my heart and soul into it. It was witty and sarcastic, a real crowd pleaser. The darn thing must have taken me hours to thoughtfully type out. Then I used "spell checker" just to make sure everything was just so so....AND IT DELETED IT!!! So sad, it was a masterpiece which could never be duplicated. Full of wisdom and wit, with just a dash of country charm. I wonder if William Shakespeare had that happen to him?

If it's too cold for a walk on the beach (after dinner), then I would definitely say Pizza and a movie!
