My idea of a first date would be to meet the aqaintenance of a gentleman caller in a very pleasant setting with a great atmosphere. I would like to go out to dinner. If so, we would agree to any restaurant of choice. I hope we will find that we have many things in common. Hopefully we will have a wonderful time getting to know each other. If it is not too late, I would want to go to the movies after dinner. If not we could just sit and talk till closing. If the date went well and there was a mutual attraction I would want to see you again and maybe go to an Amusement Park, Arcade, Putt-Putt Golf or a walk on the Beach. If there’s no chemistry then I would still want to be your friend and you still pay for the meal! (Smile) Laughter is good like a medicine….

go to a fancy restaurant (i will pay) then drive to the beach lay a rug down and get to know more about each other.

well of course does one really want to eat or through up? After the nerves settle down Eat of course for me there is nothing more romantic than italyian dinner, Quiet spot in resturant to talk and chat to get know that person look deep into there eyes and of course the sparks are going. after dinner suggest a walk quiet and of course trying to be one-on-one hand in hand if that person likes to touched if not side by side again hoping the date never has to end.

My perfect first date would b romantic and fun with great conversation. He would bring me flowers, we would go bowling or something fun, then a nice candle light dinner and great conversation.

A nice intimate and romantic dinner at an Italian or French retaurant with a nice bottle of wine.

At the beginning I'm a bit shy and my practical nature guides my first date. I like to keep it simple and focus on getting to know a person on the first date. The grand romantic gestures I reserve for later dates when the relationship has been established. The first date would be a classy dinner at a classy restaurant like McDonald's...if we can get a table. I kidd. Bare minimum there would be tablecloths and glassware involved. If we hit it off at dinner we'd hit a show after or get drinks.
