A walk in the Botanical Garden at Golden Gate Park, followed by dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

I'd love to walk through the parks and hang around the water and talk with the person I'm interested in. I believe dates that consist of going to movies aren't really good. You have lack of communication and majority of the time is spent being silent. Being able to sit and have something to drink or eat in a park is my perfect date.

I think a good first date would be a long, slow walk along the Augusta Riverwalk. We can hold hands (or not, if you're not into that) and talk softly. We can stop and sit down on the benches and look out at the river, maybe enjoy a soft drink while we sit. Then after a while we can walk back to our cars and if the date went well we can discuss what we'll do for the rest of the evening. If the date wasn't so great, we can each get into our separate cars and go home after a cordial goodbye.

Just hang out. I'm really just looking for friends right now. I've been burned too many times to jump right into anything.
