Ok, I'm enjoying some entertainment Tv, and came upon More to Love about Beautiful BBW's.¿ And I have to say it made feel very sad and angry at the same time.¿ It seems these producer went to different parts of the USA and picked the most insecure, whinning women I have ever seen, and they are to representing how I feel about dating and love...come on now!!¿ I know some BBw's that would have blown that mans mind from the first meeting with simply greeting him at the beginning!!¿ Most of them on there seem to be a little creepy, and loved starved and it hurt my heart to see that.¿ Granted they push there are more women than men, but love is in the eye of the beholder. BBW"s aren't whining, begging, balls of nerves women. We are intellegent, employed, lovers, survivors, nuturers, sirens, Hera's, adventurous, happy, sexy.¿ We know how to embrace life and enjoy every sweet moment from it!! I have to say After the Third show I stopped watching ,just too disscusting for me.The show In my opinion was painting BBW and BHM as Sex starved sexaholics who would do any thing to find a partner. Not the Immmage I want to support.

I didn't get 2 see the show but from what I've heard, I really didn't miss ne thing. As far as I know, this show is supposed 2 be like The Bachelor but 4 BBW's. I 2 have heard about the ppl on these reality shows being pumped w/alcohol and sleep deprived. I would think that ne 1 of us if put in a similar situation, wouldn't be on r best behavior either. As far as BBW's being independent and strong, there r a lot of us that r stronger than we(or ne 1 else) give us credit 4. Like I've seen it stated b4, not all BBW's r comfortable wit the way they look, 2 themselves or others. It's hard 2 convey this independence and strength 2 others if ur not feelin it urself. BBW's that were also big as children, growing up a lot of us didn't have the backing of the grown ups telling us we were beautiful no matter what ne 1 else said. I know I didn't. I definitely do feel however, that they should be putting us in a better light on TV. 2 many ppl already have a negative view on us as it is, I just think they could do a better job @ portraying us in a more positive manner.

Contestants can only be picked from those who choose to apply - I wonder how many who consider themselves to be a well balanced shining example of a BBW would actually apply to be on such a show?
No-one is forcing these folk to take part - they have chosen to put themselves up for it, maybe desperate for their 15 minutes of fame?
Anyone who has ever seen a reality TV show should be under no illusions. The show is not there to show the participants in a good light, it's there to entertain and make money. Sad perhaps, but true.
If we each asked ourselves if we'd volunteer to be on such a show I'd hazard a guess that a few of the more extrovert characters might give it a go but most of us would decline. So you'd never get a true cross section of any group.
And don't forget, you can always vote with the "off" switch!

Its very sad and I can't even watch it. They picked very specific types of women and probably screened them that way. It would be sad if the women were fat or thin, just no self esteem in sight.

I was almost in tears my self when Kirsten was reacting to when she did not get a ring. My heart goes out to her. Again I say they (producers of the show ) need to provide counseling for thease all thease ladies.They raise their hopes to the heights of the heavens. If one watched carefully in the first show one could see all the champaine bottles on the table. On the second show one could see all the glasses at the " Date Site" in the background also. Or at least I did so. And from the clips for this next show we get to see him "swap spit" with his dates. I feel this show is Rapidly becomming a treastie in VERY POOR Taste!!!! I feel it wrongly shows that larger ladies as "EASY",and Snot bubble blowing Simpletons whose main goal in life is to have a relationship at any cost.
