I've only been here about two weeks myself. I'm starting to communicate with a guy in my area. We'll see...

I've been a red hatter for going on 3 years now. It was one of the best things I did for myself after my divorce. I really had forgotten how to have fun. My chapter is so active. We have been on a cruise, been on a couple of weekend trips, gone to plays and just generally have a lot of fun.

Please tell your mom, too, that if the chapter she joined doesn't "fit", she can try another one because every chapter is different and has its own "personality".
