What life style changes are U willing to make to improve your quality of life? Recently I stopped eating @ night after watching Bob Green on the Oprah show. I have losted 10lbs in one month. I have also started going out more so that I can improve my chances of finding the right man for me. I am trying to make eye contact and flirt more with the men that I encounter. I find that it works even if it is an effort for me because I am a little shy around new people.
