Hi, Again, People! Let me say straight off that I am a big, big woman. And I want to ride on the back of a bike, preferably a big Harley...lol. My questions for the women; do you ride and how do you feel when you are zooming through the air? And for the men who ride; do you feel comfortable with a big, big girl on the back of your bike?

angelsoft if the next guy you meet does not ride, let him ride on the back of yours, that way he has to hold you close ! If he is really in to you he won't mind .

Ms. Jade, that is so cool. It is always wonderful to find a woman who rides and is doing her own thing. Thank you for the great info. I have a friend with whom I have discussed taking biking classes. I'll leet her know so we can check out the MSF. There is a woman-owned and operated bike shop in VA BCH, VA that I always said I would go to when/if I was reaever decide to purchase my own bike.
Thanks, again, for your input. Have a wonderful one!

It's GREAT! I too, am a big woman, my last boyfriend has a Road King; we shopped for the right passenger seat for my comfort- and after riding a few times together I grew accustomed to his riding style and how best to dismount when we stopped to rest. It is GREAT riding my own bike, which for comfort's sake I prefer. Since I am not dating anyone with a bike just now, I can go for a cruise whenever I like :)
Did you know there are beginner classes all over the country, sponsored by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation? I never expected to pass the class, just wanted to do it for the old bucket list; but one tiny step at a time and 15,000 miles later, here I am. There are women rider groups on the internet, that's how I found encouragement and riding buddies.

@Keisastar: I know, right? I can't wait to do so. Even if my next man doesn't ride, I might encourage him to start doing so just so I can ride with him. LOL
Have a good day in sunnyvale, girl.
